1. Who we are

sweatbud is run by Hanei Services Pvt Ltd, based in Bangalore, India (“sweatbud”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit www.sweatbud.com (the “website”).

The sweatbud app is not available yet. Before it launches, we will publish an updated privacy policy covering the app.

2. Information we collect

Information you send us. If you use the contact form on our website, we receive the name, email address and message you enter; these are emailed to our support inbox. If you email us directly, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write in your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may automatically record basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Fonts. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

3. Cookies

We do not set cookies on this website, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above only to reply to your messages, run the website and keep it secure. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

• our website hosting provider, which runs the site;
• Google Fonts, which delivers the site’s fonts;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep messages, whether sent through the contact form or by email, only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete them. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention practices.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also raise a complaint or grievance about how we handle your data. Email us at support@sweatbud.com and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

8. Children

This website is not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the app launches. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
